Defective item

We believe that when you use products from Carabau Strength Equipment, you should expect high-quality training gear. Should the item(s) you receive not live up to your expectations or in the event that the item(s) has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the item(s) at enquiries@carabau.com and include a description of the defect, your receipt of purchase, name, delivery address. Please wait for a response via email before sending in your item(s). 

Upon receiving your item(s), you will receive a notification via email that your defective item(s) is received and being processed. A refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s) and verification that the item is defective. Carabau Strength Equipment reserves the right of final decision.

 

Wrong item

Should there be missing item(s) when you receive your order, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the item(s) at enquiries@carabau.com and include a description of the missing item(s), your receipt of purchase, name, delivery address.

Do note that orders lost in transit are outside of our control and as such, we will not be held liable. To ensure that your order is received, postal tracking services or insurance for the value of your order is recommended.

 

How do I exchange an item?

Item(s) may be exchanged for a different size or another item(s) within a similar range.

For example:

  • 3” belt for a 4” belt/ 10mm belt for a 13mm belt, 3”, 10mm belt for a 4”, 13mm belt

  • leather lifting strap for an Olympic lifting strap. 

Do note that if the exchange item(s) is of lower value than the original item(s) purchased, no refund will be given. The exchange item must be returned within 14 days from receiving the item(s). Contact us at enquiries@carabau.com and include your receipt of purchase, name, and delivery address. Please wait for a response via email before sending in your item(s). 

Upon receiving your item(s), you will receive a notification via email that your item(s) is received and being processed. Item(s) must be returned as new, with no defects, missing parts, or damage, and preferably in its original packaging. 

The exchange item(s) must not be used but may be tried on for sizing. Should the item(s) show signs of use, wear, damage, or have missing parts, your exchange request will be denied and your item(s) will be sent back to you. Carabau Strength Equipment reserves the right of final decision.

Postage fees and returning of the item(s) will be your responsibility. Postage fees for sending the original or exchange item will be borne by you.



Returns

Should you decide that you no longer require the item(s), contact us within 7 days from receiving the item(s) at enquiries@carabau.com and include your receipt of purchase, name, and delivery address. Please wait for a response via email before sending in your item(s). 

Item(s) must be returned as new, with no defects, missing parts, or damage, and in its original packaging. Upon receiving your item(s), you will receive a notification via email that your item(s) is received and being processed. A refund will be granted upon inspection of item(s) and verification that the item is as new. Refunds are through store credit only.

Should the item(s) show signs of use, wear, damage, or have missing parts, your refund request will be denied and your item(s) will be sent back to you. Carabau Strength Equipment reserves the right of final decision.

Postage fees for sending the original or exchange item will be borne by you.

 

Shipping

Your order will typically be processed and ready to be sent to you within 1-3 business days unless there are issues with your order. In such events, you will be notified via email.

Once your order is fully processed and sent, you will receive an email notification.

For domestic (Singapore) shipping, the shipping cost is at a flat rate of SGD6.00. For international shipping, shipping cost is based on dimensions and/or weight of the item(s) ordered.

We do not guarantee shipment times – shipping times are outside of our control.

If you do not reside in Singapore and would like to purchase from us, we do offer international shipping. Please contact us for more information.

 


What size should I choose for my belt?

Lifting belts are typically worn somewhere between the bottom of your rib cage and above the hip bone. This is quite a bit higher than where you’d usually wear your pants so do not use your pant size when ordering your lifting belt as you’ll end up with a lifting belt that will not fit you correctly.

Measure your waist where the belt will be worn at – about 1-2cm above your belly button. Ensure that the measuring tape is level and taut when measuring. Do not “suck in”, “push out” when measuring your waist.  

Your optimal belt size will be one with your waist measurement in the middle of the sizing guide, as it’ll allow you more flexibility in terms of adjustments.
